Nailing down the model year might be hard since they made them from 1977 to 1995 (according to a quick internet search. I’m not sure if Porsche had a third brake light before it was mandated, but it was either 1985 or 1986 when that became a law, so if it does or doesn’t have one that could limit it to a certain time period.

Based on the front nose and rear spoiler, I’d say between 81-84.

Those are not original mirrors, though...they look to be from 1990 or later.
